Storent promotes Aldar Karu to Accelerate Growth and Strengthen Market Position in Estonia

Storent is pleased to announce the promotion of Aldar Karu as the Country Manager in Estonia. In his previous role as Sales Director, Aldar successfully led the sales team to achieve a remarkable 48% growth in rental income from our own fleet and a 40% increase in total rental income. Under his leadership, the team became more united and structured—a change that has been consistently reflected in the positive feedback from both clients and partners.

This well-deserved promotion not only highlights Aldar’s outstanding achievements but also demonstrates the company’s commitment to nurturing leadership from within. With 17 years of experience in the equipment rental sector, a deep understanding of the Estonian market, and a leadership style rooted in trust and accountability, Aldar is well positioned to drive Storent’s next phase of strategic expansion.
